Level Home is a premium smart-lock company that fuses high-end industrial design with modern connected-home tech. Their product strategy is less about “adding tech to the door” and more about “elevating the door experience”, while making access smarter, seamless, and more integrated.

From 2021–2023, I was part of Level’s internal Product Experience Design team, focused on maintaining and refining core features in the consumer mobile app and improving product packaging and quick start guides for a clearer, more polished customer experience.
